1. Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, returned within 30 days of delivery. Regular-priced items are eligible; personalized products are non-refundable unless defective (see Section 3).

2. How to Initiate a Refund

Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and refund reason to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without a valid RA will not be processed.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

Report defective, damaged, or incorrect products (e.g., malfunctioning trimmers, leaking care products) within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the item/packaging. We’ll offer a full refund or free replacement, covering all shipping costs.

4. Return Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping only if the refund is due to product defects, damage, or our error (e.g., wrong item). Customers are responsible for shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, which are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting returned items (3-5 business days), we process refunds within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Note: Bank processing may take an additional 3-7 days for funds to appear.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Non-refundable items include: personalized products (unless defective), opened/used grooming tools/care products (for hygiene and quality), and free gifts/promotional items. Sale/clearance items qualify only if defective.
